This little fairy is a water spirit... she is the protector of clean rivers and enjoys being surrounded by beautiful sceneries.
It's my first attempt at digital art. I bought a tablet 22 days ago, I couldn't have made it without it. I took a long time to finish this... thanks to a lot of tutorials out there.
I made it as a gift in exchange for another fairy my friend
made. This is the fairy she made for me [link] YAY!
I hope she will enjoy it!

I'm still a traditional artist, with not enough time to do a proper painting. So is easier for me to work at the computer. It was very fun!
If you have any suggestions about how can I improve this, please let me now! (I'm a begginner!)

Made using Photoshop CS and my new tablet.
Time: I didn't keep track, but I used a few moments every day
References: the fish in my aquarium and a lotus flower picture in a book at home.
Real Size: is 2662 x 2703. I had to adjust it to make it smaller to fit better.
